Queen’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade 2020

During these challenging times, it’s important to celebrate good news and we are delighted to announce today that we have been honoured with The Queen’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade!

The awards have been announced today, on Her Majesty The Queen’s 94th birthday, and The MEU is one of the 220 organisations nationally to be recognised this year with the prestigious award.

We have been recognised for our outstanding short-term growth in overseas sales over the last three years.

Now in its 54th year, the Queen’s Award for Enterprise is the most prestigious business award in the country, with winning businesses able to use the esteemed Queen’s Award emblem for the next five years.

I was asked to make a statement here it is below: “It is a fantastic achievement to win such a prestigious award and a privilege to work with such a dedicated team at our clinical research facility based in Manchester. We are proud to be in a city with a history of industry and innovation and we are delighted to be continuing this innovation by helping international pharmaceutical companies to develop ground breaking medicines for patients and future generations.
